Creating mini stuffed peppers is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to make your own delicious batch:

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash and dry the mini bell peppers. Cut the tops off and remove the seeds and membranes.

For the Rice Filling

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
  3. Stir in the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
